Our Sessions

Asanas (Physical Postures)

30 minutes of asanas focusing on flexibility, strength and balance.

Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)

10 minutes to enhance breath control, which is vital for mental focus and relaxation.

Meditation

10 minutes of guided meditation to achieve mental relaxation and emotional balance.

Duration: 50 minutes / Eligibility: Open to all individuals above 8 years of age

  • Yoga Nidra: A powerful relaxation method aimed at achieving complete physical and mental rejuvenation.
